(HOLLYSCOOP) -- The world is about to become a cuter place. Word on the block is that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are planning on having baby #2 sometime next year.

The couple, who celebrated their third anniversary last month, both agree that they want adorable little Suri to have a sibling and the sooner they give her one, the better.

A friend of the couple told OK! magazine: “She no longer feels like she’s just Mrs. Cruise. She’s her own person again. She and Tom have their disagreements, but deep down they love each other very much. That’s what is important.”

Katie just wrapped up shooting for two movies, The Extra Man Mary and Don't Be Afraid of the Dark and hasn't taken on a new project just yet because she reportedly wants to take a break to expand her family.

Based on how adorable 3-year-old Suri is, we honestly can't wait to hear pregnancy news from the Tomkat clan.
